About the role
We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced department operating across the EMEA region. This role offers a unique opportunity to assist the director making strategic decision, coordinate international travels, and ensure smooth project execution in a collaborative and multicultural environment. You will also have the chance to travel 3-4 times a year (short trips) !
As part of a team, you will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting leadership through high-quality documentation, calendar management, and stakeholder coordination.

• Initial experience in a company as an administrative assistant
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable using AI and new technology
• Fluent in English (working language)
• An organized, trustful and energetic personality
