The role covers analysis, preparation, and execution of the transfer of 110 employees, ensuring compliance, harmonization of practices, and clear communication throughout the process.

Description
• Review and compare compensation, benefits, and pension fund models between the two organizations.
• Analyse a cohort of employees to be transferred, including contracts, job grades, titles, and compensation structures.
• Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with Swiss labor law (e.g., Article 333 CO).
• Assess and report on vacation, flex-time balances, and HR statistics (turnover, absenteeism, demographics).
• Address individual legal issues, including labor disputes and special agreements (residence/work permits).
• Draft a consolidated report covering findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Support communication to employees during the transition period.
• Define transfer principles, propose solutions for exceptional cases, and recommend best practices.
• Prepare and issue transfer/welcome letters and new employment contracts.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation of all contractual and HR files.
• Manage sensitive cases with discretion and ensure smooth handover to the client's HR department.
Profile
• Strong expertise in compensation & benefits, employee transfers, and Swiss employment law.
• Proven track record of leading integration, restructuring, or transformation projects.
• Trilingual: fluent in French, German, and English.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with employees and reassure them during sensitive transitions.
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to work independently while collaborating closely with stakeholders.
